This trial is only getting started it seems. 'Associated Press' reports that Elton John and his husband were enlisted by Kevin Spacey's legal team to appear in court and defend the actor. On July 17, John appeared in London court along with his husband to testify that Spacey was not in attendance at an annual gala ball at the couple's Windsor home.
Elton John's testimony could be huge
Spacey's accuser claims that the Oscar winning actor attacked him in a car. Spacey has pleaded not guilty to a dozen charges that include counts of both sexual and indecent assault. But the actor maintains his innocence...mostly.

One of Spacey's accusers said that the incident occurred while he was driving the actor to the White Tie & Tiara Ball in 2004 or 2005. 'AP' reports that Spacey testified that he never sexually assaulted three of his four accusers...
