'Harry Potter' will always be a family film remembered by many generations with an enormous amount of loved actors, both young and old. Many of these legendary actors have already passed away, including Sir John Hurt.
His cause of death
"Ollivander", the wand shop owner, wasn't the only role Mr. Hurt was known for. He had important roles in ‘V for Vendetta’, ‘The Elephant Man’, ‘Hellboy’, and the series ‘Merlin’.
John Hurt was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, which he made public in 2015. Although the cancer receded, he lost the battle just two years later on January 25, 2017. He was only able to celebrate his 77th birthday a few days earlier.
