Ian Bohen, Yellowstone's "Ryan", began his acting career in 1993. Born September 24, 1976, Ian Bohen grew up in the scenic city of Carmel, California. He kickstarted his acting career in 1993 with his debut in AFI's Delivering

Ian would then rise to more fame in 1994 after starring in Kevin Costner Oscar-nominated film, Wyatt Earp. More than 20 years later, Ian would have the chance to co-star with Kevin Costner once again!

Ian Bohen first appeared on Yellowstone in 2018. However, before landing the role of ranch hand "Ryan", Ian would build up quite the resume with roles in films and series including:

  • as "Young Hercules" in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (1997-1998)
  • as "Roy Hazelitt" in Mad Men (2007)
  • as "Peter Hale" in Teen Wolf (2011-2017)
  • and as "Sergeant Edwin Stillwell" in Chicago P.D. (2014)

Yellowstone, with five seasons so far, has been one of Ian's biggest roles so far, with the actor starring in 45 episodes of the series! The series, which also stars Kevin Costner and Wes Bentley, follows the "Dutton" family as they protect the largest contiguous ranch remaining in the United States.

In addition to Yellowstone, Ian Bohen also recently starred in the 2018 film adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's Little Women as German professor "Freddy Bhaer" and in the 2023 film 'Teen Wolf: The Movie'. The handsome actor, who just turned 47, has never been married and appears to be single as of 2023!

Most recently he was in a long-term relationship with American model Megan Irminger, but the pair appear to have separated a few years ago! This is good news for those who have fallen in love with Ian Bohen on Yellowstone
