P!nk first burst onto the music scene as a rebellious young adult back in 2000, rocking outrageous pink hair. Now, the pop star — whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore — has become a celebrated performer, with has two kids and an incredible career.

2001

P!nk's second album Missundaztood was released just over a year after her first, Can't Take Me Home. Her sophomore release featured the hits "Get the Party Started" and "Don't Let Me Get Me". At this time, the singer had already begun to establish herself as a punk style icon, rocking bright pink fishnets, a statement tie, and baggy jeans. 2001 also saw her win a Grammy for featuring on "Lady Marmalade," taking home the award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals.

2003

P!nk debuted a dramatically different look this year when she attended the 2003 Billboard Music Awards! While the singer still kept her edgy style, accessorizing with a spiky cuff, dark nails, and nose piercing, she opted to replace her signature pink with lime green. She also made a dramatic change to her hair for this event, sporting a short brunette 'do with sweeping bangs and blonde streaks. Later that year, the singer went on to release her third album, Try This.

2005

P!nk got engaged to Carey Hart in 2005, rekindling their relationship after a short-lived split in 2003. The musician proposed to Hart in a creative way— holding up a sign to pop the question while watching him on the race track! She also had some fun with bold colour at this time, adding streaks of blue to her blonde hair.

2007

P!nk rocked up to the MTV Australia Video Music awards wearing this lacy number a year after the release of her fourth album, I'm Not Dead. This year also saw the musician tour alongside Justin Timberlake in support of the record.

2009

P!nk hit the road in 2009 on a world tour after releasing her fifth album Funhouse the year prior! This was an era that saw the singer donning crazy and colourful costumes to fit the theme of the record. Her performance of "Sober" at the Video Music Awards also gave audiences an early taste of what would become one of her signature performance styles, performing aerial trapeze during the number.

2011

P!nk had a major year in 2011 since that's when the singer became a mom! June of this year saw her welcome her first child with Hart, daughter Willow Sage. Several months later, she hit the red carpet to promote her new movie Happy Feet Two. She voiced the penguin "Gloria" in the sequel to the hit 2006 Warner Bros. animated movie, performing several songs in the film.

2013

P!nk wore her hair in her trademark platinum blonde updo while wearing a funky patterned dress when she accepted a special honour in 2013! The singer-songwriter was named Woman of the Year during Billboard's Women in Music event. A year prior, P!nk released her sixth album The Truth About Love, and scored her highest chart-topping song to date with one of its singles, the Nate Ruess feature "Just Give Me a Reason".

2015

P!nk stepped out onto the red carpet with Willow for the first time in 2015! The mom and daughter duo both wore dresses that featured a fun pop of colour when they attended the premiere of the animated film Inside Out. This year also saw the singer release her new single "Today's the Day," which was recorded as the theme song for season 13 of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

2017

P!nk returned to rocking the pink hair that was originally her trademark look in 2017! She released her seventh album Beautiful Trauma in October of this year, debuting at the top of the Billboard 200. The singer also made headlines a month later for performing the album's title track at the American Music Awards while scaling a Los Angeles hotel. The year before, she also welcomed her second child — son Jameson Moon — and wrote the song "Just Like Fire," which was featured on the soundtrack for the Disney film Alice Through the Looking Glass.
