Justin and Hailey Bieber are going for the throat! They have sent a cease and desist letter with many demands for a famous LA plastic surgeon who posted a video on TikTok speculating about Hailey's plastic surgery.

Hailey and Justin Bieber Go After TikTok Star Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Daniel Barrett, a renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgery has been reaching fame on TikTok by posting videos about which celebrities he believes have had plastic surgery using his professional knowledge in attempts to break the negative stigma around it.

Dr. Barrett recently posted a TikTok comparing side by side pictures of Hailey Bieber from years ago and today to speculate what she may or may not have had done with the caption "Is it too late now to say sorry." He believes she may have had rhinoplasty, a skin-tightening procedure, jawline contouring, genioplasty, and filler in her cheeks and lips. For years now many have speculated that Hailey has had plastic surgery which she has always and continues to deny.

Hailey even took to TikTok to comment on the video saying she was flattered that people believe she had surgery. In the video, Dr. Barrett said "I think she's gorgeous no matter what, whether she wants to admit to having plastic surgery or not, it's her business."

Now Justin and Hailey have sent him a cease and desist order demanding he removes the video and issues an apology while threatening to take legal action. Dr. Barrett was surprised by this saying "They claimed that I was defaming her and using copyrighted lyrics and her likeness. I was definitely shocked as I was simply sharing my opinion on what I thought she may have had done. I felt like I was being bullied. I do not make money off of the TikTok account and the 'cease and desist' was overreaching."

Dr. Barrett has removed a video in the past about Madison Beer after she privately contacted him and explained to him the "after" photo he had was a highly edited one. He took the video down and posted an apology to his account and said he would have done the same for Hailey if she hadn't threatened him with legal action.
