Kim Kardashian wants to make her separation from Kanye West official as soon as possible! As Entertainment Tonight shares, new documents see Kardashian seeking to legally end their relationship, which she says she has no intention of repairing.

Kardashian-West marriage said to be "no longer viable"

Kardashian is prioritizing her separation from West in legal proceedings. Multiple outlets reported last week that she has gone ahead and filed to be considered single in the eyes of the law. Now, the documents state that Kardashian seeks "an early and separate trial on the issue of the dissolution of the status of the marriage" ahead of all other matters concerning their divorce.

These new documents also make it clear that Kardashian and West's relationship is over. Calling it "no longer viable" and citing "irreconcilable differences" between the two, they state that the reality star "no longer desires to be married to" the rapper. While Kardashian and West's marriage exists only for legal reasons at present, the filing says there is "no reason to maintain" this for any purpose.

Kardashian also revealed that she has been attempting to legally separate from West since February. "I have requested several times that [he] agree to bifurcate and terminate our marital status," she said. Kardashian and West tied the knot on May 24, 2014. While West recently begged Kardashian to get back together with him, she has already moved on and seems to be happy in her new relationship with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson.
