Neil Young is making it clear where he stands in regards to vaccines and Coronavirus mandates! The rockstar is slamming the spread of misinformation, particularly Spotify and Joe Rogan.

Young gave the streaming platform an ultimatum between himself and Joe Rogan's podcast in a lengthy statement. Young is firing at Rogan for his comments discouraging young folks and children from getting the vaccine.

"I am doing this because Spotify is spreading fake information about vaccines," the letter read. "Potentially causing death to those who believe the disinformation being spread by them. Please act on this immediately today and keep me informed of the time schedule."

"They can have [Joe] Rogan or Young. Not both," he said.

The comments come after Rogan shared on his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience how he feels about the vaccines, saying that they're not necessary for young adults and children.

Since then, over 240 scientists and doctors have also sent a letter to the streaming service hoping that they implement some sort of regulation to halt misinformation.

Rogan, who has 11 million listeners, called the mRNA technology "gene therapy," and the letter from the scientists touched on their displeasure with his comments.

"Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Joe Rogan has repeatedly spread misleading and false claims on his podcast, provoking distrust in science and medicine," they said.

Rogan has touched on this in previous podcasts saying in April 2020, "I'm not an anti-vaxx person. In fact, I said I believe they're safe and I encourage many people to take them. I just said I don't think that if you're a young healthy person you need it."

Spotify has not immediately responded to Young or the scientist's letters.
