Speaking to the TV host, Pattinson admitted that he's been "absolutely terrified" about The Batman's release, considering there's a huge fanbase and an immense amount of pressure.

Going on to say that he has a hard time watching his own work, Pattinson revealed that this one, in particular, causes him stress.

"I haven’t been this scared of a release of a movie in such a long time," he said.

So how will he prepare? Well, Pattinson said he has a strange ritual to help him get through the anxiety.

"I need to be in the perfect balance of serotonin to watch my own stuff," he said. "I need to workout for two hours before. And I need to have an enormous amount of sugar and caffeine so whenever I'm watching, I’m like, 'Yes!'"
