The Hunt For The Red October actor Sean Connery passed away on October 31st at 1:30 in the morning with his loved ones in his Bahamian home. 

His death certificate obtained by TMZ shows that Sir Thomas Sean Connery passed away from respiratory heart failure due to pneumonia, old age, and heart atrial fibrillation. His widow will be spreading his ashes in Scotland when his family can take them there.

Micheline Roquebrune explained to the Scottish Mail, "We are going to bring Sean back to Scotland, that was his final wish. He wanted his ashes to be scattered in the Bahamas and also in his homeland."

"Whenever it is possible and safe to travel again, then it is the family's intention to return to Scotland with him." Sean was truly loved by his wife of 45 years who weathered many difficulties with him, including his public affair.

The Dr. No star had been suffering from dementia towards the end of his life, his wife explained to Mail on Sunday. "It was no life for him. He was not able to express himself lately. At least he died in his sleep and it was just so peaceful. I was with him all the time and he just slipped away."
