Her longtime friend, Miley Cyrus, invited Selena on her new popular Instagram talk show Bright Minded to speak about her discoveries and how to take care of yourself during this scary time of isolation and uncertainty. Selena revealed she was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder after a visit to a Boston hospital and she "wanted to know everything about it, and it took the fear away."
