Justin Bieber looks like a little kid that played dress-up with his dad's old suits. The one saving grace of this outfit would be the fact he added a plain white tank underneath and a chain to play up the look and make it "streetwear". Of course, we're divided on the micro shades and pink hat.
Hailey Bieber, on the other hand, looks flawless and perfect! The supermodel kept it easy and classic in a cream strapless Ralph Lauren dress.
