Tom Cruise Goes To see Christopher Nolan's Tenet

Actor Tom Cruise is currently in London filming but he made sure to take time to go to the cinema for the first time since the pandemic hit. The Top Gun actor posted a charming video of his adventure. While wearing a protective mask, Tom was recognized by fans while in a taxi on the way to the BFI IMAX theater. They stopped to take pictures of the Mission Impossible star near Buckingham Palace. Tom joked "How does that happen? I'm wearing a mask!"

Pulling up to the cinema Tom made sure to pose in front of the large film poster for Christopher Nolan's Tenet. Tom filled with glee said "Here we are. Back to the movies!" He did his best to be sly and blend in to get into the theater. After the film was over Tom stood up to clap and said to his fellow moviegoers "Great to be back in a movie theater everybody!"

A cinema attendant asked him "Did you enjoy the film?" to which Tom replied "Oh I loved it! I loved it!" Tom, a cinephile himself, seemed oh so relieved to be back to the movie-going experience. The 58-year-old Vanilla Sky star had rave reviews for the film starring Robert Pattinson and Denzel Washington's son, John David Washington.

Tenet is the first major film to slowly be released in the theaters by Warner Bros. Its release has been postponed many times due to the pandemic and the company could not risk losing so many viewers for such a high budget film and also was not willing to release it on streaming services. With Tom's endorsement and the great mind of Christopher Nolan, the film is bound to be a success!
