There was laughter, crying, and singing at the 2023 Oscars. Lady Gaga in particular surprised the audience with her performance at the award ceremony.
Oscars 2023: Lady Gaga very unusual on stage
Lady Gaga's song Hold My Hand, nominated for Best Movie Song, was performed by the singer live on the Oscars stage. While she dressed up for the red carpet beforehand, the styling was completely removed for her appearance on stage.
She delivered an incredibly emotional performance in ripped jeans, a black shirt and minimal make-up. Have we seen Lady Gaga on stage like this before? The pop singer can usually be recognized by her outlandish outfits and expressive make-up.
Some fans certainly had to look twice here. However, Lady Gaga could not secure the Oscar this time –the top award went to MM Keeravani and Chandrabose for Naatu Naatu.
