During the Fever's recent 71-70 victory over the Chicago Sky, Chennedy Carter unnecessarily hip-checked Caitlin Clark while her back was turned, knocking her to the ground. Carter's teammate, Angel Reese, was seen applauding Carter after the foul. When reporters asked Carter about the foul after the game, she said, "I ain't answering no Caitlin Clark questions."

Caitlin is everybody's target

The following day, the foul was upgraded by the league to a Flagrant 1. A Flagrant 1 is defined as "unnecessary and/or excessive contact committed by a player against an opponent."
