These are the British royals who live as normal as possible. Peter Phillips is probably known to very few people. But the man born in 1977 is the eldest grandson of Queen Elizabeth II. He is the son of Princess Anne and her first husband Mark Phillips.
Peter Phillips Has No Royal Title
The reason why Peter does not have a title of nobility is that these titles are always passed down through the father and Mark Phillips was not a royal before his marriage to Anne.

According to the BBC, when Peter was born, the Queen offered a title of nobility, but the parents refused, with the hope that their son would be able to live a more normal life. Their wish seems to have come true for Peter.
