Duchess Catherine (36) was on maternity leave for around six months and was rarely seen in public during that time. Now, Kate is back, looking fresh-faced and gorgeous after the birth of ther third child, Prince Louis, half a year ago.

Duchess Catherine visited a forest school earlier this week

Duchess Catherine visited the Sayers Croft Forest School and Wildlife Garden this Tuesday and chatted to both pupils visiting the centre and instructors. She definitely looked the part in a casual ensemble echoing the forest colours around her. She sported brown, skinny jeans from Zara with a grey jumper, a Fjällräven jacket and knee-high, brown boots by Penelope Chilvers. Her hair was blow-dry bouncy as usual and subtle make-up highlighted the Duchess's natural beauty. Kate, whose style is usually on the elegant side, could not have looked more perfect for her first day back.

Luckily for her fans, even though she was on maternity leave for six months, she still appeared in public for various events, such as Prince Harry (34) and Duchess Meghan's (37) wedding and the men's finals at Wimbledon in July.

Duchess Kate is set to have a busy next few weeks

We're sure that Duchess Kate enjoyed her break, spending a lot of time with Prince William (36) and her children. At least we hope so, because it looks as if Kate is set to have a busy next few weeks. According to the Express, she will be attending a charity event next week for World Mental Health Day and will of course be a guest at Princess Eugenie's (28) wedding on 12th October.
