Carole Middleton, the mother of the Duchess of Cambridge, in a very kind gesture to the NHS, delivered some gifts from her company Party Pieces to a local hospital on Saturday. The businesswoman shared a picture of herself loading the bags in a car on the company's Instagram page.

The picture in Party Pieces' Instagram story was captioned as follows: "Happy to help @nhsheroes with some toys for the children's ward." The royal fans were quite touched with her gesture and commented with things like "This is just great. I love this family so much!".

Her daughter Kate has also been busy during the lockdown - she and her husband Prince William are actually spearheading a new initiative for the mental health of frontline workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. And the entire Cambridge family appeared on the BBC special Big Night In last week to clap for the carers!
