William and Kate are urging people to look after their mental health during these crazy times of working from home and self-isolation. The royal couple founded the Heads Together campaign and are active in mental health awareness.
"Self-isolation and social distancing can pose huge challenges to our mental health — in recent weeks The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been in regular contact with organisations and patronages to understand the issues they are facing during this difficult time," their post read.
New Pictures of William and Kate Working From Home
The post features two images, one of Prince William working on the phone in his office, and the second image features the Duchess of Cambridge in her office on the phone. People also noticed in the second image, the Duchess has a very impressive book collection on her desk!
The post came out on the same day that "Public Health England published new guidance to help support people during the COVID-19 outbreak," the post continued. The Duke and Duchess said: "It is great to see the mental health sector working together with the NHS to help people keep on top of their mental well-being."
We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these strange times.
