The reason: his detailed descriptions of his previous drug use. Prince Harry openly admitted in 'Spare' that he had a history of using drugs such as cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms.
Harry is fighting on two fronts now
The problem here is that Harry could have concealed the drug consumption when he applied for a US visa. Hence the indictment by the US Heritage Foundation against him, on whether the receipt of his visa was unlawful.
