- Prince Harry's published his memoir
- But the royal doesn't always seem to stick to the truth
- The book contains the following lies
In his memoir Spare Prince Harry takes the readers through his life - from his childhood to today. In addition to conversations, thoughts and feelings, facts and events are of course also described.
Prince Harry's lies in his memoir
But Prince Harry often seems to have made mistakes. Some mistakes have crept into his biography, which we will examine here.
1. Harry's Xbox
The Royal reports in his book about his birthday in 1997, which took place shortly after Lady Diana's death. He received a gift that his mother would have bought him before her accident in Paris: "It was an Xbox. I was happy.” However, the Xbox wasn't released until years later, in 2001.
2. The death of the Queen Mum
Queen Mum, the mother of Queen Elizabeth II, died on March 30, 2002. Harry also recorded in his memoirs how he received the news of her death: "At Eton, while studying, I took a call. [...] it was just before Easter, the weather was bright and warm, light slanting through my window, filled with vivid colours. Your Royal Highness, the Queen Mother has died," Harry wrote.
However, Harry himself seems to be remembering this moment completely wrong. On the weekend that the Queen Mum died, he was skiing in Klosters. A day before her death, Harry was photographed there with his family by the press.

3. The first date with Meghan
When Duchess Meghan and Harry first met in 2016, the then-actress made a lasting impression – her clothes apparently less so.
As Prince Harry writes in the book, Meghan wore a black top and jeans on their first date, however, his wife reported in an interview in 2018 that she wore a blue dress.
