The Princess of Wales' biographer believes that the Kate will make more public appearances next year but will take a “less is more” approach.
Robert Jobson, best-selling author of Catherine: The Princess of Wales, told ‘Hello Magazine’: "From what I understand, Catherine is doing very well. She is back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do."

Fitness has always been a major part of Kate's life, but cancer can always be a delay to any physical goals or plans she may have. Despite that reality, it's very good to hear that Kate is back and being active as normal.

According to Jobson, his statement underscores Kate's commitment to resuming her public role while maintaining a balance with her health needs. After all, Kate has been an ambassador for health and sports in the UK, and it's not like she's going to let a little illness get in the way of her duties to the people.

“If she has her way, she will come back in stages and do things that are important to her: because she doesn't want to get ill again but also, I'm told, because she has a different perspective now," he says

Jobson further elaborated that Kate is likely to adopt a "less is more" approach, focusing on fewer but more impactful events. "Rather than travel all over the country all the time, like she used to, I think she will concentrate on more impactful events," he noted. This strategy aligns with her desire to avoid overexertion and maintain her well-being.

As part of her gradual return to public duties, Kate is reportedly "planning [an] overseas appearance" with Prince William. This anticipated trip may include a visit to Italy, a journey that was postponed earlier due to her health concerns. The royal couple's itinerary could also feature a tour to Canada or other destinations, allowing them to engage with international audiences while showcasing their commitment to global issues.

Kate's focus remains on her family, even as she prepares for her public comeback. Jobson emphasized that "Her focus will be on her family, while still managing to do the key events."
