Queen Victoria's youngest grandchild was born in 1891 - still a decade before her 1901 death. The title belongs to Prince Maurice of Battenberg, who was the fourth and youngest child of Princess Beatrice, Victoria and Albert's youngest child. Sadly, the young prince was killed in action during the First World War while serving as a Lieutenant in the British Army.
