The Duchess of Cambridge stars in a new video that Kensington Palace released in support of Kate's early childhood survey 5 Big Questions on the Under Fives. The Duchess has been promoting the project which is still open until February 21st.

She has been touring the UK in recent weeks to promote the survey visiting Northern Ireland last week. In the new footage, Kate explains the reasons why she decided to launch to project and to encourage people to still participate. They have had over 200,000 people fill out the survey so far.

"Parents, carers and families are at the heart of raising the next generation and that's why I felt so passionate about listening to them, and listening to your thoughts and your views and how best we can support you going forward. That's why I've launched the 5 Big Questions to hear from as many people from society as possible," she says.
