In the case of the British royal family, they have to remember to pack a black outfit when they are traveling. Regardless of the royal member, everyone without exception must bring with them a solid black outfit in their luggage. According to the British newspaper The Independent, all royals have to wear full black attire in the event of the death of a relative.
