Katherine Heigl talks about a possible Grey's Anatomy comeback

"I don't know. I don't know if I would or if I wouldn’t," Heigl said. "I almost feel like that would almost be distracting again to, sort of, what they've done with that show in the seven years since I left... and what that's become and what it is to the fans now. It must feel like it would just be kind of like, 'Yeah, we already let that go...why are you here?'" the actress added.

"I haven't (thought about Izzie) in years", she explained. And the actress added that she didn't know if she'd ever return to Grey's Anatomy. Heigl quit the extremely successful series in 2010, but since then the fans have had to cope with more great characters leaving the show. Among others, Patrick Dempsey, Sandra Oh and Sarah Drew have since left Grey's Anatomy.
