John Larroquette won a total of four Emmy awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor for his role in Night Court. After his run in the series, he received his own show called The John Larroquette Show, which was nominated for several awards during its run. John also starred in other very successful shows including The Practice, Boston Legal, and The Librarians. In 2020, it was announced that he is returning for an upcoming Night Court TV sequel in which he'll reprise his role as "Dan Fielding" as well.

Harry Anderson's second major role was in Dave's World, playing the role of "Dave Barry." What followed was a series of different guest roles on shows like 30 Rock, The John Larroquette Show, and Hearts Afire. The Night Court star sadly passed away in 2018 at age 65. His character's daughter will lead a new Night Court TV series that's in the works.
