"Thorin Oakenshield" was one of the most important characters in 'The Hobbit'. The dwarf king appeared in all three parts of the 'The Lord of the Rings' prequel and was played by Richard Armitage. While he stood in front of the camera with long hair and a full beard in his role as "Thorin", Richard now likes to present himself in private with a short hairstyle and three-day beard. His now partially graying hair makes the actor even more attractive.
Richard Armitage largely keeps his private life out of the public eye. He told 'The Standard' in 2023 that he had a boyfriend. It is not known whether the two are still in a relationship today.
