Justin Chambers suffered from a sleep deprivation disorder
Before he was cast in Grey's Anatomy, Justin mainly worked as a model. Today, he looks back at his early days in show business with a twinkle in his eye: "I don't look like a model in real life. I'd go in for shoots and they thought I was the delivery boy — (but) I pulled it off for a while," he joked in an interview with the East Bay Times in 2006.
In 2008, Justin actually sought help in a clinic for a sleep deprivation disorder. "It's an issue I've had for a while," he told People in 2008. "Your mind keeps racing and your body is tired. It wants to go to sleep, but it can't. I got to my wit's end"
