Kirsten Dunst is an American actress, starring in films such as Interview with a Vampire, Spider-Man, Wimbledon, and Melancholia.
Kirsten began her acting career at a very young age. At the age of eight, she made her film debut with a role in Oedipus Wrecks, a short film by Woody Allen. In 1990 she participated in The Bonfire of the Vanities. But Kirsten's career was boosted thanks to the 1994 film Interview with a Vampire, for which she was even nominated for a Golden Globe. That same year, Kirsten participated in the movie Little Women, with which her popularity and fame increased even more. In 1995 she starred in Jumanji, while in later years she also worked in films such as Small Soldiers, The Virgin Suicides and Dick. In 2000 she starred in Bring It On, while from 2002 to 2007 she played the role of "Mary Jane Watson" in three Spider-Man films. That same decade Dunst also starred in Wimbledon and All Good Things. In 2011 she starred in Melancholia, a film that earned her good reviews and recognition as Best Actress at the Cannes International Film Festival. Kirsten has also starred in films such as Bachelorette, The Beguiled, and Woodshock.
Kirsten has been romantically involved with personalities such as Jeff Smeenge, actor Jake Gyllenhaal, musician Johnny Borrell or actor Garrett Hedlund.
However, in 2016 the actress started a relationship with the Black Mirro actor Jesse Plemons. Kirsten got engaged to Jesse in 2017. Subsequently, Kirsten and Jesse awaited the arrival of their first child, who ended up being born on May 3, 2018 and whom they named Ennis Howard. She and Jesse just announced that they are pregnant with their second child!
