Lance and Michael were hoping to start a new family

Lance Bass and Michael Turchin, who tied the knot in December 2014, explained they are trying "not to worry about it," since they were aware of the possible consequences. "You try to trick yourself into not getting excited because you know anything can happen at any time, especially in those first few weeks when there’s a huge possibility that the [embryos] won’t stick," Lance said.

However, they also admitted to be devastated because they had been imagining a new life as parents. "You keep telling yourself that and trying not to get your hopes up, but you’re always going to have those thoughts in the back of your brain where you’re already planning out their lives," Bass added.

Lance and Michael are not giving up and will give it another try. However, they explained that if next time fails again, they will consider to adopt. The couple can't wait to see how it feels to be parents!
