His longest known relationship to date was with singer and actress Demi Lovato (27). The former Disney star was Wilmer Valderrama's girlfriend from 2010 to 2016 but the relationship had a lot of ups and downs.
The couple actually separated and got back together a couple of times. When Demi was hospitalized in 2018 following an overdose, her ex-boyfriend stood by her and supported her- but they didn't reconnect as a couple.
