Taylor and Queen are responsible for releasing major hits like "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "Under Pressure." But he wasn't just a drummer for the band. Taylor has also served as a songwriter and occasional lead vocalist. He contributed songs to Queen's albums from the very beginning, composing at least one track on every album, and often singing lead vocals on his own compositions. Taylor was voted the eighth-greatest drummer in classic rock music history in a listener poll conducted by Planet Rock in 2005!

Roger Meddows Taylor was born on July 26, 1949, and after that the rest is history. But what is he up to these days? He had been touring with Adam Lambert and Queen in recent years. In May of this year, Sam Ryder performed with Roger Taylor during the Eurovision Song Contest grand final, and fans absolutely loved it.
