Sutton Stracke admits she's wary of Erika Jayne

Over the weekend, the high-class socialite hosted a launch party for another one of her business ventures, Cashmere and Caviar. Sutton Stracke was interviewed by People and spilled some of the drama we can expect ahead of season 12's premiere this Wednesday.

"I think that Erika and I still have a lot of work to do," she said to the outlet.

Jayne, who has been accused of conspiring with Tom Girardi to hide assets and make fraudulent claims, was the talk of the town last season.

During season 11, Stracke wasn't afraid to ask the hard-hitting questions, and it was very clear from the start she didn't believe Jayne's claims she was totally innocent.

Even now, Stracke admits that she's not totally convinced Jayne is innocent.

"I always have questions for Erika," she said.

But, Stracke isn't the voice of the group. Crystal Minkoff, one of the show's more recent additions, shares that she is "optimistic" by nature, and wants to trust Jayne by default, even if it's "gullible" of her.

"I always believe her," she said to People. "I like to always give people the benefit of the doubt"

For now, Jayne is still under investigation, and while she was cleared of one charge, it didn't take long before she was slapped with another lawsuit
