Five Things Steve Carell And His 'The Office' Character "Michael Scott" Have In Common
Kate Flannery is best known for portraying "Meredith" on the NBC series The Office from 2005 to 2013 starring in a total of 187 episodes. Since then she has had many other appearances on television, most notable in her role of "Carol" on OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes from 2017 until 2019. She was also a contestant on season 28 of Dancing with the Stars, however she was eliminated during week 8.

Flannery co-hosted an episode of ET on Tuesday and she shared that there is no update about a possible The Office reboot. "I have not seen a script. I've written three, but no one's accepted them yet...No, in my mind I've written them. In my mind," she said.

Kate Flannery: "Casual Friday" is her favourite episode
She did however share her favourite moment on the show for her character, "Meredith." "I don't like to toot my own horn, but 'Casual Friday' is one of my all-time favorite," she laughed. The episode she is referring to, "Casual Friday," is in season 5, episode 26 where the employees cause trouble when they take the term "casual" Friday too loosely.
