• Actor Vin Diesel has been accused of assault
  • The allegations date back years ago
  • THESE are the details that have surfaced

In a bombshell revelation that's rocking Tinseltown to its core, actor Vin Diesel is facing a jaw-dropping lawsuit from a former assistant who claims the 'Fast and Furious' star subjected her to a nightmarish ordeal of sexual misconduct! This is just the latest story of sexual assault claims in Hollywood to round off the year.

Vin and his team will work to prove his innocence

Asta Jonasson, who worked for the action hero in Atlanta during the filming of 'Fast Five,' alleges that Diesel lured her into his St. Regis Hotel suite, only to force her onto the bed in a terrifying encounter.

The lawsuit paints a grim picture of the assistant's struggle as Diesel allegedly groped her and tried to kiss her, with Jonasson screaming and fleeing toward the bathroom in a desperate bid to escape.

"Vin Diesel forcibly grabbed Ms. Jonasson, groped her breasts, and kissed her," says the 10-claim sexual battery, discrimination, retaliation complaint filed today in LA Superior Court.

"Ms. Jonasson struggled continually to break free of his grasp, while repeatedly saying no. Vin Diesel is physically larger and much stronger than Ms. Jonasson, and abused his position of authority as her employer, and was able to easily overpower Ms. Jonasson," the suit says of the alleged attack!

The drama didn't end there! Jonasson claims Diesel pinned her against a wall, compelled her to touch him, and then proceeded to masturbate in front of her. The suit chillingly describes, that she was "scared of angering Vin Diesel by rejecting him further..."

The allegations are truly harrowing

"Vin Diesel ignored Ms. Jonasson’s clear statements of non-consent to his sexual assaults. Vin Diesel then escalated his assault, groped her body, dropped to his knees and pushed Ms. Jonasson’s dress up, groped her legs, and attempted to pull down Ms. Jonasson’s underwear," the the filing by lawyers at Greenberg Gross goes on to detail.

"Terrified for her personal safety, Ms. Jonasson screamed and ran towards the nearby bathroom."

But the nightmare didn't stop even after the alleged assault. Jonasson was axed from her job by none other than Diesel's sister, Samantha Vincent, leading the ex-assistant to feel like "a piece of trash to be discarded."

Jonasson, who had only been working for Diesel for two weeks, claimed that she had another inappropriate encounter with an unnamed One Race supervisor days before Diesel’s alleged assault. She claimed that the manager summoned her to his hotel room and asked her to join him in bed, but she refused.

She also says in the suit that the #MeToo and Time's Up movements empowered her to "reclaim her agency and justice for the suffering she endured at the hands of Vin Diesel and One Race."

Also interesting:

Diesel's camp is silent as the grave, with no immediate response to the allegations that are sending shockwaves through the celebrity world.

Jonasson's legal battle is fueled by California's groundbreaking Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which allows her to seek justice despite the time that has passed since the alleged incident. The lawsuit also accuses Diesel's company of a disturbing pattern of behavior.

The case is not just about sexual battery; it's a harrowing tale of gender discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and negligent supervision. It's a story that could have massive implications for Diesel's career and the culture of silence in Hollywood.

As this scandal unfolds, the world waits to see how Vin Diesel will respond to these serious accusations!
