• Prince Harry and Meghan's documentary continues
  • Harry makes statements against William
  • That's how William broke his heart

Prince Harry (38) and Duchess Meghan's (41) docuseries has released volume two. After there were minor jabs at Kate (40) and William (40) in the first three episodes, the heavy artillery is now being rolled out.

Prince Harry: Bad allegations against his family

The fourth episode of the Harry & Meghan documentary revolves around Meghan's time as a royal and the media reports on the couple. As Harry revealed, the royal family not only failed to protect Meghan from bad headlines but actually contributed to them.

"I have 30 years experience of looking behind the curtain, and seeing how the system works and how it runs. I mean, just constant briefings about other members of the family, about favors, inviting the press in. It's a dirty game."

"There's leaking, but there's also planting of stories," he says. "So, if the comms team want to be able to remove a negative story about their principle, they will trade and give you something about someone else's principle."

Also interesting:

According to this, the individual offices and teams of the royals would only protect “their” royal – even if that means portraying another royal badly in public.

Even his own brother got into this practice at some point, Harry explains sadly: "William and I both saw what would happen in our dad's office and we made an agreement that we would never let that happen to our office." At first, the Sussexes and the Cambridges were managed by the same team.

When Prince Harry and William's offices were separated, everything changed: "I would far rather get destroyed by the press than play along with this game, or this business of trading. And to see my brother's office copy the very same thing that we promised the two of us would never ever do, that was heartbreaking."
