- This is how the Royal Family plans to handle it
The documentary Harry & Meghan has been on Netflix for just a few hours, but it's already dominating the headlines.
In the first three episodes of the series, Meghan and Prince Harry discuss the beginnings of their relationship and their lives before that. In the process, there are also one or two accusations against the British palace.
How the royals are handling Harry & Meghan premiere day
As the Daily Mail now reports, according to insiders, Prince William and Princess Kate do not plan to watch the documentary.
Instead, they are already working diligently behind the scenes on possible responses and official reactions. The Mirror writes that royal employees will watch the episodes and proceed further depending on the content.
This is what an insider already stated before the release: "Preparations are being made for all outcomes, especially if there are unjust accusations being made."
However, reports also say it's possible that the Royal Family will hold back on statements – until the second part of the documentary is also released.
Thus, official word from the Palace can be expected either as early as today or next week.
