It's Lady Louise Windsor's 17th birthday
Lady Louise Windsor was born to Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, and Sophie, Countess of Wessex on Nov. 8, 2003 in Frimley, England. She's the elder child of Prince Edward, who is the youngest of four children born to Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
Louise also has a younger brother, James, Viscount Severn, who turns 13 years old in December. Because she's a granddaughter of the Queen, Louise is a cousin of other British Royal Family members Prince William, Prince Harry, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, Zara Phillips, and Peter Phillips.
