On the afternoon of September 9th, the royal appeared in Düsseldorf. He was cheered on by the fans in a stylish suit.
Prince Harry: The start of the Invictus Games
Harry was received by Düsseldorf's mayor Stephan Keller. The Royal was given a very special honor: he was allowed to sign his name in the city's Golden Book.
In the evening they went to the grand opening of the Invictus Games. Harry gave a speech in front of thousands of spectators in the Merkur Spiel Arena. In his speech, he even mentioned his wife Meghan, who is also expected in Germany in the next few days.
