Prince William has lent his voice to a special episode of an upcoming Apple Fitness+ program! As Hello! shares, the Duke of Cambridge is featured in the upcoming holiday episode of audio series Time to Walk, getting candid about a topic that's close to his heart.

Prince William to talk leaving his comfort zone

Prince William is the latest guest to appear on Time to Walk, which aims to make listeners more active and mindful. Hello! mentions that William's episode was recorded in Norfolk and sees him talk about mental health while he takes a leisurely walk through Sandringham estate. He begins his journey at Sandringham House, followed by St Mary Magdalene Church, finally finishing up at Anmer.

While the Duke of Cambridge doesn't often talk about his private life and preferences, this program gives him the opportunity to get a little more personal! He will reflect on an experience that made him realize the importance of mental health, as well as share an anecdote about stepping outside his comfort zone. It's also been reported that he'll discuss three of his favourite songs, opening up about the significance they each hold.
