Chris Noth is addressing the drama between two of his Sex and the City co-stars! The actor talked to The Guardian while promoting the show's upcoming spinoff series And Just Like That..., sharing his feelings about what happened with Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Noth calls Cattrall and Parker feud "sad and uncomfortable"

Noth, who will once again be reprising his role of "Mr. Big," admitted he doesn't know why Cattrall supposedly has such an issue with Parker. He mentioned the fact that he's "very close" to Parker, who plays "Carrie Bradshaw" in the series, and said that Cattrall's depictions of the actress "don't even come close" to what she's really like.

Cattrall played "Samantha Jones" in Sex and the City, but she will not be reprising her role in the upcoming HBO Max spinoff. Noth said that he "thought she was marvelous in the show," and expressed that he ultimately didn't like the tension that the feud between the two stars created."I just wish that whole thing had never happened because it was sad and uncomfortable," he said.

Noth also spoke out favourably in Parker's defense regarding Cattrall's defamation of her character. "I feel very protective of her and I was not happy about that," he told the outlet. And Just Like That... is set to premiere this week, giving Sex and the City fans a look at the characters' lives years later! A new teaser trailer was recently released for the show, revealing that "Carrie" has now become a podcast host, and her friends' kids are all grown up.
