Home Alone is one of the most beloved holiday movies, and it seems that some of the cast members could be plotting a reunion! Devin Ratray, who played "Buzz McCallister," recently talked to People about wanting to get together virtually with several of his co-stars from the 1990 family flick.

Ratray shares he's been talking with Home Alone castmates

Ratray brought up how he recently decided to reconnect with some of his former castmates. The actor revealed that some of his co-stars have actively been discussing the idea of a virtual reunion, and he's jumped into the talks! Ratray explained to People that he "got on their messenger chat thread, and I have been trying to keep up with Jed Cohen and Diana [Rein] and Terrie [Snell] and Angela Goethals and Hillary Wolf."

Rather than an outside group trying to corral the actors for a special reunion, Ratray mentioned that the Home Alone cast has been "moving on their own accord to get together." Even though it sounds like some key members of the "McCallister" family — Macaulay Culkin, his brother Kieran Culkin, and Catherine O'Hara — are not involved in the talks, there's no doubt that fans would be happy to see some of the cast reunite.

Ratray also commented on the enduring appeal of Home Alone, which he said has "become legacy and has affected families now for more than one generation." Virtual cast reunions have been extremely popular over the course of the pandemic, with nostalgia aplenty as stars reconnect and discuss the time they spent together on set. Ratray can be seen returning to the role of "Buzz" again in the new Disney+ movie Home Sweet Home Alone, which has been released just in time for the holiday season!
