'Jurassic Park'

During the filming of Jurassic Park in 1992, the cast and crew found themselves having to contend with the most intense hurricane in Hawaii's history! The 1993 movie was shot in Kaui when category 4 storm Hurricane Iniki tore through. While you would expect this disaster to be disruptive, one of the film's actors— Richard Attenborough, who plays "John Hammond"— ended up sleeping through it!

Believe it or not, one of the most iconic lines in Titanic wasn't part of the original script! The moment when Leonardo DiCaprio's character "Jack" shouts "I'm the king of the world!" is said to have been improvised by the actor.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes play star-crossed lovers in 1996's Romeo + Juliet. However, Danes may have not landed the part if it hadn't been for her bold approach to her audition! In a 2015 interview with ScreenSlam, DiCaprio said that Danes "came right up to me and looked me right in the eye," which no other actress auditioning for "Juliet" had done.
