Modern Family finale is already filmed
The cast of Modern Family filmed the finale episode back in late February. Regardless of the episode itself, the last day on set was an emotional one for the stars. At the time, Sofia Vergara, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and more shared Instagram tributes to their time on the show.
Ed O'Neill also spoke about being on the set of Modern Family's finale day. He said that Julie Bowen had the toughest time saying goodbye.
The next episode, "Baby Steps," airs Wednesday, March 18. Only one other follows it before the two-part finale on April 8! Prepare yourself for the goodbye. Modern Family has enjoyed 11 seasons of acclaim on ABC.
