They will occupy former department stores that are over 100,000 square feet. Within the Netflix Houses, there will be shopping outlets, restaurants and "experiential activities" linked to big franchises such as 'Bridgerton,' 'Stranger Things' and 'Squid Game,' 'Variety' reports.

The new Netflix Houses will build upon previous pop-ups that have been staged for popular series and Netflix Bites in order to "create an unforgettable venue to explore your favorite Netflix stories and characters beyond the screen year-round," Netflix said.
