Photographer to the stars, Andrew Gallery has gone viral on TikTok for posting and reading a letter she wrote 10 years ago on her thoughts about her forced conservatorship.

Britney Spears' Old Letter About Her Conservatorship

Andrew Gallery has responded to the #FreeBritney movement pushing for the superstar singer to be released from her long-running conservatorship. The ever-talented Britney has had a long struggle with mental health and ever since her very public meltdowns in 2008, her father and a few others have had complete control of her finances. Britney has continued to work non-top, producing many albums and going on many world tours and even securing a coveted Las Vegas Residency show.

Last year, 38-year-old Britney gave up her Las Vegas Residency to focus on her family and her father's health and shortly thereafter checked into a rehab facility for mental health help. Now her former photographer and close friend Andrew Gallery has posted a letter she wrote to him in the third person to share with fans. On TikTok, he read "No one knows the truth. Her behavior when her children got taken away b/c of her locking herself in the bathroom is understandable considering her friend at the door kept telling her the cops are leaving don't worry stay in the bathroom." This was referring to when she was taken to the hospital for what is known as a "5150" and her ex-husband Kevin Federline took full custody of their children they share.

"She was lied to and set up. Her children were taken away and she did spin out of control which any mother would in those circumstances." According to Britney, her rights were taken away and her conservatorship will continue "as long as the people are getting paid... but it doesn't make it right at all. She's a very giving person and would love to get the respect she deserves."

According to Britney, "The people controlling her life have made 3 million dollars this year. She would love for new eyes to see her situation, but if she brings it up she's constantly threatened that the conservators will take her kids away."

This all comes as Britney has been happily posting on Instagram warning fans not to believe everything they read in the tabloids and has been posting odd but lighthearted videos to Instagram and TikTok.

Her conservatorship has been extended through August of 2020.
