Katie Stevens was born on December 8th, 1992 in Southbury Connecticut. She had a relatively normal childhood growing up and didn't really step into the public eye until she decided to audition for American Idol in 2009. Katie finished in eighth place on the ninth season of American Idol. She truly has a strong voice!
Katie Stevens as "Jane Sloan"
Stevens later went on to star in the MTV series Faking It as "Karma Ashcroft" from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, she landed the main role of "Jane Sloan" in the Freeform television series, The Bold Type which has now aired three seasons and has been renewed for a fourth. She stars alongside Meghann Fahy, Aisha Dee and Melora Hardin on the show.
