Prince William and Duchess Kate visit a hospital

William and Kate paid a special visit to Clitheroe Community Hospital in northern England this week. While there, they chatted with hospital staff and patients.

One patient, little Anastasia, immediately captured Kate's heart. As she held the baby, her husband William joked: "Don't give my wife any more ideas! No more!"

The moment was captured on video, and those greeting the royals at the hospital responded with a hearty laugh.

In the end, Duchess Kate found it difficult to say goodbye to little Anastasia, and Prince William could not resist another comment.

"Don't take her with you!" the Duke joked.

Kate and William still look very in love these days, but it doesn't look like they plan to have any more kids!
