The video clip shared on Twitter shows the courtyard at Windsor Castle with the entire staff clapping and cheering for the NHS workers across the nation.

About an hour before the video was shared, the Twitter account of the royal family sent out a separate message, thanking all "scientists, medical practitioners and emergency and public services" in the country, who are putting their health at risk to save others.
