The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is reuniting — and differences are getting resolved!

Will Smith has shared a first look at the Fresh Prince cast together again. The stars will soon reunite for an HBO Max special, but Smith gave a sneak peek on the 30th anniversary of the sitcom's 1990 premiere. Take a look below.

Smith posted the reunion photos late on Sept. 10, showing himself gathered with Daphne Maxwell Reid, Karyn Parsons, Alfonso Ribeiro, Joseph Marcell, Tatyana Ali, and DJ Jazzy Jeff. "Today is exactly 30 YEARS since The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air debuted!" Smith wrote. "So we're doin' something for y'all… a for real Banks Family Reunion is comin' soon to HBO Max!"

The reunion post included a tribute note for the late James Avery, who passed away in 2013. "RIP James," Smith added. It also featured a shocking guest: Janet Hubert, the actress who played "Aunt Viv" in the first three Fresh Prince seasons.

She famously left the show amid behind-the-scenes issues with Smith — but they appear to be on better terms and sharing a personal reunion in 2020 (in the second photo). According to HBO Max, Smith separately filmed a conversation with Hubert for the reunion.

Will Smith is busy with Bel-Air TV shows in 2020

2020 is the year for fans of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Not only is the HBO Max reunion special happening, but Smith is on board to produce a reimagined drama version of the series. Titled Bel-Air, the dark social drama has received a two-season order at Peacock (NBC's streaming service).

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ran for six seasons on NBC (1990-1996), and the premiere, "The Fresh Prince Project," did truly air 30 years ago on Thursday — Sept. 10, 1990. Stay tuned for the show's 30th anniversary special on streamer HBO Max.
